BRUSH YOUR TEETH TWICE A DAY

How many times were you told as a kid that you have to brush your teeth twice a day? How many times your mother stopped you to go to bed without brushing? So, here we will tell you that it was not just a piece of advice but in fact, it has a lot impact on your health.
Do you really want to have shiny teeth? Do you also want to smile heartily without worrying about your teeth color? Do you want not to smell while talking to your friends or family? The answer is YES. Everyone wants to have shiny teeth to smile openly and talk without worrying in public.

Reasons:
Following are the reasons that you have to brush your teeth twice a day.

Fresh Breath:
What would happen if you stop brushing your teeth? Brushing will keep away the bacteria from latching to your teeth because of the pieces of the food. So, if you don't brush your teeth this bacteria will make your breath smelly and stinking.

Preventing Gum Diseases:
When you don't brush your teeth twice a day, you are putting your gums at risk of various diseases. This is because that plaque build up allows bacteria to work its way into your gums and fester in there.

Preventing Yellow stains:
When you don't brush your teeth twice a day your teeth are going to look more yellow than normal. So, that's why keep brushing, as toothpaste can remove debris from the surface of your teeth and the surface stains that come with that. Don't worry if you are late and have stains on your teeth than there are plenty of air pressure devices on the market to get these stains off.

Reduces Heart Attack:
Every time you skip brushing your teeth out of idleness, you let the bacteria build up on the surface of your teeth, which later travel down your bloodstream and increase the cholesterol in your arteries. And as you probably know, that is indeed what causes heart attacks. So, when you'll brush your teeth twice a day, you can lower your risk for heart attack of stroke.

Healthy Pregnancy:
You must not expect this in the list but it's true if you don't brush your teeth than bacteria can enter in your bloodstream which can put your baby's health at risk, and can increase the premature birth of your children. So, don't forget to brush your teeth every morning and evening.
